Abstract

Background: In today's changing and complex environment, organizations have an urgent need for strategic agility. Also, organizational innovation is an important solution in improving strategic agility so that organizations can adapt to this environment and respond to changes. Therefore, considering that the flexibility of human resources and organizational culture are considered as drivers of employees for innovative activities in the organization, this research investigates the effect of flexibility of human resources and organizational culture on strategic agility with the mediating role of organizational innovation. Aim: This research aims to measure the relationship between human resource flexibility and organizational culture with the mediation of organizational innovation on strategic agility, so based on this, provide a conceptual framework. Methodology: This research, which is a quantitative and descriptive research, has a comparative approach. In addition, the strategy of this research is a survey in which the data is collected through sampling and statistical population and with the questionnaire tool. The statistical population of the current research is the branches of private and state banks in Bushehr city; Considering that the statistical population is limited, Cochran's formula was used to calculate the sample size with an error level of 5%. The sampling method of this research is "available sampling" and the number of samples is 64 bank branches. for statistical analysis; SPSS and PLS software were used. Conclusions: The results have shown that the effect of human resource flexibility on organizational innovation; The effect of organizational culture on organizational innovation; The impact of human resource flexibility on strategic agility; The influence of organizational culture on strategic agility was confirmed.
