Background: Jihadi culture, like other micro and macro cultures, must be institutionalized in the individual's personality through practice and repetition and recognized as a value in the society. In this case, we can expect jihadi culture from man and society. Therefore, jihadi culture plays a key and important role in the productivity of human resources. It should be noted that one of the variables that create the necessary platform for institutionalizing such an organizational culture is the strategic thinking of employees.. Aim: The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of jihadi culture on the productivity of human resources with the mediating role of strategic thinking in government organizations of Bushehr province. Methodology: The statistical population of this research is 40 government organizations of Bushehr province, and 36 government organizations were examined as a statistical sample using Cochran's limited sampling formula. SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to check the collected data and test the hypotheses and analyze the data.. Conclusions: The findings of the research indicated that jihadi culture has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of manpower and strategic thinking. Also, strategic thinking has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of human resources. And finally, strategic thinking plays the role of mediator between Jihadi culture and human power productivity. The elements of Jihadi culture can promote and increase the productivity of manpower and strategic thinking. Also, increasing strategic thinking also increases the productivity of human resources..
