Background: Considering that employees in police stations often face stressful and pressurized conditions while encountering numerous challenges in managerial, job satisfaction, and organizational interaction domains, it is of great importance to thoroughly investigate the expectations and conditions of individuals employed in law enforcement.
Aim: The aim of this research was to examine the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational identity, with a focus on the mediating role of organizational voice and organizational identity variables. Methodology: This research was quantitative in terms of its methodology and, based on its purpose, was categorized as an applied study. The statistical population consisted of employees of the Police Force in Bushehr Province, from which 194 individuals were selected as the sample using a non-probability convenient sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares with SPSS 26 and Smart PLS 3 softwares. Results: The results indicated that strategic human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational identity, organizational voice, and employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational identity and organizational voice have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Ultimately, organizational identity and organizational voice were found to mediate the relationship between strategic human resource management and job satisfaction significantly.
Conclusions: The findings of this study can be applied by the managers of the Police Force in Bushehr Province. With the implementation of strategic human resource policies, attention to processes that promote organizational identity and organizational voice can enhance employee job satisfaction levels.
