Root knot nematode Meloidogyne javanica is one of the important pathogens of tomato in our country. In order to control this pathogen biologically, in the current study, strains UTPF68 and UTPF101 of Pseudomonas fluorescens were used. The ability to produce antimicrobial metabolites by bacteria and their effect on the on eggs hatching and second instar larvae of nematodes were studied in vitro.
