Abstract

Ahmad Zanganeh abadi While the Safavids, with a concentrated non-tribal government background in 1135 AH, were settled, their successors, the Afghans, who emerged from tribal authority, ruled for only 7 years. During the reign of Afshar and zandiye, what was not realized was the consolidation of the government and the establishment of a coherent system of power. The matter that took another form with the coming of Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar. His early death also inherited the stability crises of power for his successor, fathali Shah. The beginning of the Qajar regime was a comparison of the great developments in the global arena and the European government's view of the countries of the East, which also radiated the country of Iran and of course the Qajars and entered the international policy circle. However, the Qajar Kings, with all the structural differences they had with their predecessors, took measures to consolidate their monarchy and sustain their rule, which constitutes the main topic of the present treatise. Thus, the current research concern is based on the question of what solutions did the Qajar regime use to stabilize itself and what was the reaction of the people to these actions? The research method will also be descriptive - explanatory based on library sources, considering that the theory of the hidden narratives of James C. Scott is used in the study, analysis and explanation of the subject. The result of this study confirms that the Qajars designed the tools of consensus, stylization, parades and gatherings, smear, secrecy, religion, Iranian thought and tribal tradition as a complex network, and by using it, despite their fundamental weaknesses, they established the political dignity of governance for themselves.
