Proper functioning of the the supply chain plays a critical role in the success and profitability of the organization achieve its goals. Therefore, the use of an appropriate system of supply chain performance evaluation to continuous improvement is needed. Strategic decisions in supply chain management is an issue that needs to the framework be based on industry standards. The purpose of this study to develop a important model for evaluating supply chain performance, that this model based on supply chain operations reference model (SCOR). In this regard, the first 5 dimensions the model of SCOR, have been identified which include reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, cost and assets, and agility dimention are have a very low repetition of previous studies has been added to the model was verified by Experts . Thus, a model with 6 of criteria, after review the prior studies and approval by experts in Company of Iranian Marine Industries (Sadra) was prepared, as this model for consultation and approval by experts in Sadra Company,is localized. This model within 6 clusters in the multi-criteria decision making (MADM) technique was tested. Data evaluation tools, was questionnaire. Analyze data on the importance and impact of clusters obtained by DEMATEL technique and its output in network analysis techniqus (ANP) was used to prioritize the criterias. For this purpose, Excel and MATLAB software is used. Finally, this model in 6 clusters with 24 criteria prioritized, for Company of Iran Marine Industries (Sadra) and its supply chain performance evaluation is obtained. According to the final output, the priority of each criterion in performance evaluation include: agility, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, and cost is the asset.
