Job burnout describes the negative changes in attitude, spirit, and behavior of people while facing the job's pressures and unfavorable work or profession conditions. Job burnout is one of the main reasons of efficiency reducing, the loss of manpower, and the cause of physical and mental complications. Mental pressures occur in the lack of the balance between demands or environmental desires and the person's ability to answer them. As the demands and environmental desires increase, man's ability decreases to answer them and the mental pressures occur, causing the negative experience in man and job burnout. In fact, job burnout appears because of the constant mental pressures. The main purpose of this research is to study the effective factors of job burnout among The Bushehr Gas Company staffs. The research sample includes 163 persons, being selected according to the random sampling method. In this research, the collected data are analyzed in two parts: Descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics. In the descriptive level, statistical characteristics such as: frequency, frequency percent, and charts are used for presenting a description of underlying indices. And in Inferential level, the Pearson's correlation and multiple regression are used for finding the independence or correlation among quality issues, and drawing the operational model. First, for collecting the required data, familiar experts to research were asked through a questionnaire. Then, the collected data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression techniques, and the operational model has been drawn. This research has been done to study the effective causes of job burnout among The Bushehr Gas Company staffs. Moreover, through the accomplished analyses, the operational model has been drawn. In this model, the role contradiction is the most effective on staffs' job burnout. And The Bushehr Gas Company staffs had a low burnout level.
