Abstract

Background: most important challenges that organizations face, unpredictable changes in the environment and increasing global competition, on the other hand, in response to these challenges, change management is a very difficult task, major organizational changes was failed. Transformational leadership can be considered as a basis for strategic changes, organizations and communities in the developing and underdeveloped today, organizations need to think transformational leadership so that they can lead organizations to change with development. In this Therefore, the proper use of power resources, actual knowledge power as an effective tool in the management of change in organizations. Out of this came in the context of this study, the effect of transformational leadership style has been the key factors of change management.
Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of transformational leadership style on change management and key factors.
Methodology: The sample consisted of 315 employees of Bank of Bushehr is descriptive data collection. For data analysis of structural equation modeling using AMOS software was used.
Conclusions: The findings showed that transformational leadership style on change management. Also the influence of transformational leadership on organizational culture and strategy are the key factors of change management is a significant and positive impact.
