Abstract

In order to evaluate the effect of chemical - heat treatmenton postharvest life and the quality of Hindi (Z. maurtiana) an experiment was performed in a factorial design and randomized complete block design and the thermal and chemical treatments in 6 levels (1-methyl cyclo propane contains 0, 150, 300 and 450 nl per liter) and heat treatments including water absorbency in 40 and 45 degrees in the period of (5 and 10 minutes) was applied
