Abstract

A variety of refinery and petrochemical C4 cuts hydrocarbons raffinate exist in the manufacturing processes. Because of the close boiling points of C4 cuts to one another, separation and purification of a C4 cuts will be faced with great difficulties That is why the economic value of C4 cuts raffinate compared to pure C4 cuts compounds is much lower. The big difference in price value C4 cuts raffinate compared to pure hydrocarbon design concept process for purification of C4 cuts hydrocarbons or consumption of hydrocarbons in raffinate it creates.
In this study, based on the quantity of hydrocarbons which assessed the maximum is four carbons in the C4 cuts raffinate; The processes are designed to isolate and use of hydrocarbons in it. Given that the C4 cuts compounds include butadiene, butane, isobutene, 1-butene and cis and trans 2-butene, in this study the processes for separating rich slices of butadiene, butane rich, rich 1-butene and 2 -butene and is rich in design isobutene; Finally, processes have been designed and studied economic and economic factors affecting economic decision-evaluated In the case of any raffinate to determine which of the industrial designs in terms of economic factors are favorable conditions.
