The research method was pretest-posttest with control group and the statistical population included all parents with autism and hyperactivity in Shiraz. A sample of 30 individuals was selected through purposeful sampling and divided into two groups of control and control (n = 15). Both groups responded in two steps to parental stress questionnaires. The five-session test group received emotional management training, but the control group did not receive any treatment. The data were analyzed using a multivariate and multivariate covariance.
