Abstract In order to investigate the effect of fluorescent pseudomonads on growth indices of tomato under drought stress An experiment was conducted in 2018 in the Research Greenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of the Persian Gulf, Borazjan. The studied traits included: aerosocial weight of aerial part and shoot, shoot length, leaf number, leaf length, number of leaves, leaf length and leaf area, number of flowers, root length, root volume, lateral branch, diameter, fruit length, fruit width, fruit weight , Number of single fruit, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, chlorophyll index, proline, cell membrane stability, tissue firmness, TSS, PH, titratable titania, vitamin C . Rhizospheric bacteria stimulating the growth of plants directly and indirectly improve the growth and yield of the plant. Therefore, the study of the ability of three strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens bacteria on tomato growth indices under drought stress conditions was investigated. For this purpose, a greenhouse experiment was conducted on a factorial basis based on a randomized complete block design with three replications. Data were analyzed using SAS software and Duncan method was used for comparing the mean values. Treatments included the first factor of four levels of bacterial strain (control), Pseudomonas fluorescent B4-6 bacteria, Pseudomonas fluorescent W2O bacteria and Pseudomonas fluorescent bacterium WB1-7), and the second factor was three levels of drought (100% crop capacity) without stress, (Two thirds of the crop capacity (moderate tension and one-third of the capacity) was severe. The harvesting time, plant growth indices including plant height, leaf and leaf length, and shoot dry weight were determined. Other growth and stiffness indices, TSS, TA, PH, vitamin C, fruit fiber and propylene and cell membrane survival were determined. The results showed that with increasing drought, the length of plant and leaf chlorophyll a and b, and chlorophyll index, num
