Today, digital innovation is becoming an integral part of Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS). This book seeks a deep understanding of KIBS innovation in the digital age and aims to describe recent trends in innovation, development and service design at KIBS. Emerging technologies boost innovation for manufacturing companies, but challenge many companies that lack the required competencies.
