Abstract

The purpose of this project is to use multidimensional conversions and local information, to estimate the wind direction with the least amount of error and to improve the methods used before and to solve some of its problems. In such a way that despite different noises and sudden changes in wind on the surface of the seas and oceans, better results can be achieved than before and the wind direction can be determined more accurately, which is on the agenda of meteorological models to estimate regional climate. The results of this project will be used in military, civilian, meteorological, naval, etc. applications. If its main application is in ventilation models. The more accurate the wind direction determination through SAR images and image processing, the more accurate the information can be for meteorological models.
