Abstract
|
Goods smuggling refers to import and export the goods through illegal conduits, lack of coordination and supervision in import and export system and etc. Goods smuggling is known as one of the most important economical challenges which each government faces. This phenomenon can prevent the as better as possible growth and flourishing in free commerce. Goods smuggling exist approximately all over the world in less or more extents. Goods smuggling exerts various and damaging effects on political, economical, geographical dimensions. In Iran also the Goods smuggling is very important due to special meteorological, geographical and political conditions. Long borders and also existence of conduits and different ways of smuggling has made it more difficult to combat against this phenomenon. Every economic system is trying to study the reasons for smuggling occurrence and to take appropriate policies to confront it consciously.
Present research has been made with the aim of determining and classifying effective factors in goods smuggling phenomenon in different areas of Bushehr Province. By considering Goal point of view this research is a practical one and a descriptive-survey research by considering the method of collecting data. The statistical society of this research is formed by the managers and experts of organizations involved in confrontation against goods smuggling and by using simple random sampling method, 150 questionnaires were distributed among statistical society.
The designed realized questionnaire is considered as a tool for collecting data for this research. The research literature and experts opinions were used for extracting the effective factors of smuggling phenomenon. The validity of the data collecting tool was confirmed by its visual and reliability validity and via Cronbach alpha.
Hypotheses of the research by using confirmatory factor analysis and mean examination were considered. All of them were approved except for employment and unemployment
