Abstract
|
Anar sheitan is one of the ornamental plants in arid and semi-arid. This plant has so far not been successful propagation of cuttings of it. Therefore this study was to evaluate the effects of hormones, IBA and NAA and the time of cuttings take on rooting of cuts. The research in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources Persian Gulf greenhouse in a completely randomized factorial design with three replications. The experiment consisted of type of cutting , various concentrations of auxin and time was getting it. The results of the first experiment showed the effect of different concentrations of auxin, type of cutting and time taking cuttings on rooting was not significant. While the interaction of auxin application and type of cutting on the number of rooted cuttings were significant at the 5% level. The results of the second experiment showed that stem cuttings taken from the mother tree with the foliar application of zinc and NAA at 2000 ppm were most calluses noted ,though that did not show significant differences with other treatments.
