The population of this study, the mining industry and trade city of Bushehr,which is the number 140.A sample of 103 patients was calculated according to Morgan. The results showed a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence (self-awareness,spontaneity,self-regulation,social skills and empathy) on career commitment. In other words, a high level of emotional intelligence may result in higher career commitment.
