Abstract

Today's organizations operate in a knowledge-based, competitive, qualitative, transformative, and entrepreneurial environment. Hence, managers are increasingly striving to find out how to make their organizations entrepreneurs and innovators so that they can take very fast and rapid steps in the direction of development. One of the solutions to this is empowering human resources. Considering that one of the five skill skills is empowerment, it is expected that ethical leadership as a new approach to leadership will create an entrepreneurial climate in organizations. Therefore, the present paper examines the effect of ethical leadership on organizational entrepreneurship with the effect of mediating psychological empowerment. The research methodology is a descriptive review and for this purpose a large number of studies have been done in this field. Given the theoretical and empirical findings of the research, we found that ethical leadership on organizational entrepreneurship has a mediating effect on psychological empowerment. To be cited, this article should be tested to confirm its accuracy.
