Abstract
|
In this paper, synthesis of core shell structured NiO2@MCM-41 nanoparticles vesicles as soft template is reported for the first time. Stable vesicles first formed at the concentration of 0.03 (mol·L-1) with CTAB/SDBS ratio of 1:2. Then, vesicle aqueous solution with a metal core was added in the MCM-41 gel, stirred to a highly dispersed solution. After high-temperature calcination, NiO2@MCM-41 nanoparticles were obtained. The structure was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and N2 adsorption/desorption analysis to measure surface area, pore size and volume and low angle X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. TEM image confirmed core-shell structure and the hexagonally ordered structure of shell of silica MCM-41. The result indicated that the average diameter of synthesized core-shell NiO2@MCM-41 particles is 50-80 nm and most of them are in spherical shape. The result of N2 isotherm adsorption/desorption analysis indicated successfull formation of mesoporous shell. Keywords
