Abstract
|
Graphene has many applications in optical instruments used in infrared region. So in this article we have designed a system that increase the graphene absorption up to 8.5 times greater than suspended graphene, by surface plasmon generation in graphene-gold grating boundry and set antireflection layer with different material on the gold grating. Also we study the effect of antireflection layer’s thickness on the wavelength in graphene’s absorption peak and the absorption of the whole system. By using various antireflection layers with different thickness, we can enhance the absorption of graphene in a wide range of infrared region.
