Title بررسي اثر جاسمونيكاسيد در مقاومت خيار رقم AROMA به مگس مينوز برگ سبزي Liriomyza sativae Blanchard
Type Presentation
Keywords Resistance, Minnesota flies vegetable leaves, jasmine acid
Abstract In this study, the effects of Jasmonic acid hormones were investigated in three concentrations of 0, 10 and 50 ?m, by leaf spraying method on the resistance of cucumber cultivars Aroma to Liriomyza sativae Blanchard (Diptera: Agromyzidae). The results of analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between different levels of jasmine concentration in studied traits. The highest total number of leaves was observed in control treatment and 50 ?M hormone concentration. Also, the number of infected leaves per plant at 10 and 50 ?m concentration was not significantly lower than the control. In terms of traits, number of corridors and severity of leaf damage, the use of hormone at both concentrations of 10 and 50 reduced the damage to the fly minus compared to the control, and this damage reduction was more pronounced and more effective at a concentration of 50 ?M. In the end, it can be said that the use of jasmine acid in cucumber resistance is effective in the leafy mimosa of vegetable leaves, and plant stimulants such as jasmine acid can be used to manage and control pests.
