In this research, nanostructured alloy Fe49Co21Mn10Ti10B10 is produced by using milling process. Structural properties are studied by using x-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that with increasing milling time, the average crystallite decreases and the microstrain increases. The grain size reaches to the lowest value to about 21.0 nm after 35 h milling time, while the strain value attains to about 0.433%. After 80 h milling time, crystalline iron base solid solution is observed
