Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in economic, social and cultural development of any country and equipping this resource with the skills and specialties needed is one of the most important ways to achieve the desired development goals. In this regard, education is one of the most comprehensive ways to improve the level of productivity of individuals. Since the ultimate goal of staff training is efficiency and effectiveness, it is important to examine the results of their training as one of the key components of the training process. Although most organizations make great efforts to implement training and development programs, they are relatively less systematically evaluating their effectiveness.Evaluation models are used to do this. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the important models of evaluation in the educational literature.
