The study was conducted to determine 96h LC50 of Neem Azal and chronic effects of its sublethal doses (0.12, 0.24 and 0.36 ppm) on gill morphology, blood biochemical and hematological parameters of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) with an average weight of 10.56 ± 0.12g. A total of 120 fish were distributed equally between three treatments and a control group. Fishes were exposed to different concentrations of the biopestiside for 96 hours and mortality were recorded. The 96h Lc50 was analyzed using Finney's probit, which was 1.19 ppm. Fish,s behavior was observed during the test. Irregular swimming, Abnormal behavior, to increase penalties gill cover and anorexia was observed. Results of analysis of biochemical parameters after 28 days demonstrated significant effect of Neem Azal on the levels of Protein(g/dl), TG(mg/dl) and ALP(u/l) (p<0.05) as, these values were decreased with increasing doses of toxin. The highest levels of Protein (3.53), TG (136.67) and the level of ALP (196.66) in the control group were observed. Other parameters such as CR(mg/dl), BUN(mg/dl), Ch(mg/dl), GLU(mg/dl) and AST(u/l) significantly increased with increasing doses of toxin(p<0.05). Lowest levels of CR (0.23), BUN (6), Ch (129), GLU (55.83), AST (4.56) in the control group were observed. ALT was increased and albumin was decreased by increasing the dose of toxin (p>0.05). The results of analysis of hematological parameters after 28 days demonstrated significant effect of Neem Azal toxin on the levels of Hb(g /dL), HCT (%), RBC(× 106 mm3) and LYM(% of WBC) (p<0.05), these values were decreased with increasing doses of toxin. The highest levels of Hb (5.7), HCT (26.3), RBC (1.6) and LYM (73.33) in the control group were observed. Other parameters such as WBC(103cell /mL), PMN(% of WBC) significantly increased with increasing doses of toxin(p<0.05). Lowest levels of WBC (32.66), PMN (27) in the control group were observed. Other parameters such as MCV(fl), MCH(pg), MCHC(%), MON(% of WBC), B
