Constitutional reform is a milestone in the history of Iran that has directly affected the political, economic, cultural and literary of Iran. With the Constitutional Revolution a new literature emerged in Iran in Iran that dealt with political and social developments and bring new concepts with which it had not before. This research is done library – analytical- comparison. In this study, at first constitutional era monuments was studied and then some texts about social issues of constitutional era has been investigated to determine the criteria of constitutional. The study of the texts of poets' knowledge to adapt and comparison with constitutional standards is important and it is tried is on the basis of sociological texts, principles of constitutional have been studied in detail in the Lyrics of Adib al Mamalek Farahani, Farrokhi Yazdi, Bahar ,Aref Qazvini, Nasim Shomal and Mirzadeh Eshghi that have an important role in the constitutional movement. At first, while having a brief explanation of the principles of democracy, the constitutional poets' critical attitude to the constitutional issue by relying on Parliament, law, freedom and justice were examined. The study showed that subjects such as constitutional, parliamentary, freedom, justice, law, elections, equality and etc has been considered as the most important themes of poets of this era. But it is used with a different frequency, for example Farrokhi Yazdi has more attention to the issue of freedom and Bahar had more attention subject to constitutional and parliamentary more than others. The study also shows that criticize the constitutional community and parliament is of important issues of poetry, such as the Constitutional criticize, criticize parliament, criticize deputies of parliament , criticize the elections, and so on
