Background: Increasing pressure from environmental warnings has forces producers to seek planning solutions for environmental management. The green supply chain management approach has been considered seriously as a comprehensive viewpoint for environmental management which encompasses all suppliers, producers and consumers. Economic activities including industrial, agricultural, etc. are dependent uponnatural resources, yet at the same time they inherently work in ways that pollute the environment
Aim: The main aim of this research is to identify the factors influencing the green supply chain in Mobin Petrochemical Company, and determine the priorities, in order to assist the managers in making constructive and effective decisions in solving environmental problems.
Methodology: This research is a descriptive survey. Thus, a sample of 81 people from the whole population of 176, which included the managers and staff of the Mobin Petrochemical Company, were selected, and using tools such as questionnaires, the data was collected. In the next stage, employing Fuzzy DEMETAL approach, the data was analyzed. Findings: the findings of this research show that indices such as environmental design, customers, internal environmental management, and external supply chain management were of higher priorities in comparison with financial, marketing investment, and rules and regulations indices. Conclusion :Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that environmental design and customers were top priorities. Therefore, we recommend the management to focus on these indices in order to establish a green supply chain in the company.
