A new lifetime model called the odd log-logistic Chen distribution is being introduced in this
paper. We provide a comprehensive account of the mathematical properties of the proposed family
including the hazard rate function, moments, conditional moments, coefficient of skewness, coefficient
of kurtosis, entropy and order statistics. The parameters of this distribution are estimated by
several methods of estimation. A simulation study is performed in order to investigate the properties
of the proposed estimators. Finally, in order to show the NOLL-Ch distribution flexibility, two
applications using real data sets are presented.
