Nowadays, by development of Organization technical knowledge and increasing professional manager tendency for optimizing any tangible or intangible Organization cost, the topic of maintenance due to its significant impact on the effectiveness of the Organization has become an important issue. It is very important that desired maintenance strategy be at the maximum compatibility and coordination with corporate level strategy desired. National Iranian gas transmission and operations company– zone 10 to reach its defined goals need to plan and control maintenance activity in accordance with corporate strategy. In this quest we try to define existing situation of corporate by using SWOT method and SWARA weighted technique. Based on the finding, aggressive strategy in corporate layer specified. Then to determine the best maintenance strategy we used ARAS method combined with SWARA criteria weighted technique. According to results, the RCM maintenance strategy was found as the best method that can fulfill aggressive strategy in corporate layer with maximum coordination and compliance. Finally all above stages have been used in case study- National Iranian gas transmission and operations company– zone 10 as mentioned and positive results have been achieved.
