Abstract

To alternate radial basis functions by radial polynomials there is a n that for finding an appropriate amount just used
the dimension of Hn. In this study, some aspects of the relation between radial polynomials and radial basis function is clarified and by introducing a special example a lower bound for n is found to choosing appropriate Hn.
