چکیده

The date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) has been an important crop in arid and semi-arid regions of the world. Date palm is located in five degree after citrus, mango, banana and pineapple, in table of arid and semi-arid crops. In order to analyze different amounts of Nitrogen in the quality of date palm, a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with 4 replicates and 12 treatments was conducted in Garden of College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of Persian Gulf University between the years 1392 and 1393. used urea in four levels of 0, 350, 750 and 1000 grams for nitrogen soil utilization and used zinc sulphate fertilizer in three levels of 0, 5 and 10 grams per liter for zinc injected to the tree trunk. The measured characteristics include the concentration of nitrogen in the leaves and components and the chemical and physical characteristics of fruit and seeds. The results of this investigation maintained that the treatment of 750 grams of urea and 10 grams of Zinc sulphate per liter has the most amount of zinc in the leaves as compared to the control. In addition, the treatment of 1000 grams of urea accompanied by 5 grams of zinc per liter per tree yields the most amount of Nitrogen in the leaves in a comparison with the control. According to the results, urea fertilizers and zinc sulphate increases the characteristics of trees including the total weight of the cluster, average fruit weight, weight of empty cluster, number of fruit in a cluster, number of sub-clusters in a cluster, number of total clusters in a tree, rate of fruit set and the length of sub-cluster. Furthermore, utilization of these fertilizers would lead to increase in fruit length, fruit radius, core length, core width, Fresh fruit weight, dry fruit weight, fruit size, soluble solids, reducing sugars and total sugar but it did not affect the PH of the fruit juice. In according to the results, treatment of 750 grams of urea and 10 grams of zinc sulphate per liter results i
