چکیده

Ethical values ??affect many of the behaviors and decisions of employees and managers of organizations. Because in the age of knowledge and globalization, human resources are still centered on the elements of the organization, the way people judge about the integrity or integrity of affairs is very effective in their individual performance. Therefore, organizations have to have a set of ethical principles that need to be considered in the workplace in order to have efficiency and effectiveness in their work and tasks, as well as to achieve their goals and missions, in addition to observing standards and organizational rules and regulations. To help them achieve their goal, they will facilitate their co-ordination and stability by moving them to the desired status. Today's competition has grown and companies are forced to work in such an environment. Therefore, companies should continue to work in a competitive light to increase their share in domestic and foreign markets. Today, business ethics plays an important role in creating competitive advantage for organizations. Therefore, our purpose in this paper is to examine the relationship between business ethics and competitive advantage. In other words, it is important to examine the ethical aspects of the workplace in order to help the organization succeed and gain competitive advantage. This research is applied in terms of purpose and based on descriptive method and nature. A study of the research background as well as studies carried out in this area showed a significant positive effect between business ethics and competitive advantage.
