چکیده

Today, the success of organizations depends on the special attention to human resources and the satisfaction of their needs, job security can be considered as one of these needs. Because job insecurity impedes employees' empowerment in specialized areas, academic courage, experiential learning, job satisfaction, work conscience and promotion opportunities, and as a result, the specialized and social expectations of organizations are not met. Moral predictability is an organizational characteristic, and it is a characteristic of the organization that empowers the environment to predict the organization's performance in terms of adhering to the rights of the environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job security and the predictability of the organization. The present research is descriptive in terms of method. Employees in the unforeseen circles feel uncertain about occupational and mental health. Anxiety and anxiety overwhelm them. Under such circumstances, the power of rational decision making and clever encounter with costs are reduced. The employee's job quality leads to the commitment and commitment of individuals to the organization, when individuals are conscientious and committed, the organization is accountable, and ultimately the organization is morally predictable.
