The aim of this research is investigation The impact of dynamic capability and Knowledge absorption capacity on competitive advantage. The conceptual model was designed by study the earlier research. The population of research is the companies of Bushehr Persian Gulf Science and Technology Park; 40 knowledge-based companies are located in Science and Technology Park. According to Morgan, 36 companies were selected as sample; Tool of gathering data is the questionnaire; The questionnaire was distributed among all knowledge-based companies and the questionnaires obtained from 31 companies were analyzed based. Data were analyzed using Smart PLS software. The results of the analysis showed recognition of knowledge, combination of knowledge and transfer of knowledge have significant and positive impact on the company's competitive advantage; Also strategic sensory capacity, the capacity to implement changes and timely decision-making capacity have significant and positive impact on the company's competitive advantage.
