Cooperatives are one of the economic forms and models in many societies. This issue has doubled in Iranian society, which has an infrastructure in the economy based on Islamic jurisprudence. One of the forms of cooperatives is cooperatives based on regional silent capacities. One of the strategic products of Bushehr province is a date whose conversion industries have been neglected. Based on this, Tangsir Lian Talashgaran Cooperative has tried to cover part of this gap by processing dates. Therefore, this study seeks to review the process of formation of this cooperative and the current challenges and ahead, to review and introduce the company as a social entrepreneurship in the form of cooperatives and based on regional potentials. This research has been done by narrative-field method with the help of oral history tools. Studies show that Tangsir Lian Talashgaran Cooperative Company has started an industrial production in the form of a cooperative and in the field of date conversion industries, through a path from a home-based business model to a small workshop. Established in the suburbs of Bushehr, Bandargah, this cooperative, while reducing costs, has been able to take a big step towards social entrepreneurship by employing women under the auspices of support institutions. Although for some reason this cooperative could not cover the markets of the province, by concluding contracts with companies and organizations, online stores and exports, it was able to establish itself as the only company specialized in the field of date chocolate.
