Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate how "communist regime came to power in Afghanistan and its impact on the relations between this country and the Persian Gulf countries". This is a historical research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The collection of information has been done by library method. At first, the information related to the subject was collected and extracted from historical sources, and then by combining information from relevant historical sources, a report was given on the effectiveness of the communist government in Afghanistan, and then its effects on the relations between Afghanistan and the countries of the Persian Gulf were analyzed.
