Thermal energy storage in the form of latent heat has been considered because of the high density of energy storage, one of the ways of energy storage is done by phase change materials (PCM). Using them in buildings reduces thermal fluctuations. In the present work, a simulation of thin plates called DEP (Dupont Energain Panels) has been performed, which consists of polymer shells and in the center of which is the phase change material. These thin plates are used on the wall of the building. For easier testing, ten of these plates were placed in a chamber in a laboratory, and once hot air of 33 ° C (according to daytime temperature) and cold air of 7 ° C (according to night temperature) passed over them, and the thermal performance The pages have been reviewed. The simulation was validated by laboratory work.
