چکیده

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of different Substrats biofertilizers like nitroxin, bioSuperPhosphat, arbuscular mycorrhiza on preparing transplanting preparing of tomato, eggplant and cucumber.This research was carried out based on in a factorial arrangement with completely randomized design with three replications and 25 treatments in 2016. Experimental treatments included 5 types of culture media includ of cocopeat, palm fiber, palm fiber (1:1), cocopeat (1:1), palm fiber Cocopeat (2:2), palm fiber cocopeat (1:3), cocopeat palm fiber (3:1), five levels of two bacteria and two fungi Control without inoculation, fungus (Glomus mosseae and Glomus intraradices) inoculation, nitroxin solution (Azotobacter), biosuperphosphate (Psedomonas fluorescens) After plants maturition, some traits including seedling height, chlorophyll index, transplant diameter, number of leaves, number of nodes, internode length, fresh and dry weight of root, fresh and dry weight of shoot, chlorophyll a, b and The total chlorphyll and the amounts of levels of N, P, and K were measured. The results showed that treatment of mycorrhizal fungi, nitroxin and biosuperphosphate solutions on height traits, chlorophyll index, stem diameter, number of leaves and nodes, internode length, fresh weight and dry shoot, fresh and dry weight of tomato rootstocks, cucumber and eggplant had a significant effect at 1% probability level, and the highedt in biosuperphosphate, nitroxin and Glomus intraradices. Soil substrates were significant in most traits and palm fibers cocopeat (3:1), palm fiber cocopeat (1: 3) showed the highest yield. The interaction of culture media and mycorrhizal fungi and nitroxin and biosuperphosphate solutions showed that on the traits of height, chlorophyll index, stem diameter, leaf and knot number, fresh and dry shoot weight, fresh weight and root crop, chlorophyll a, b and total chThe levels of N, P, and K were significant at all levels of probability at 1 and 5% p
