Background: The ever growing economies and globalization has driven organizations in highly competitive environment to sustain reputation, retain employees and invariably increase firm Performance. Also, the traditional HRM practice cannot meet the employees needs and unable the organizations to compete in global environment. High performance work system, is One of the useful human resource systems for organization and employees. On the other hand, corporate reputation is one of the factors influencing behavioral characteristics of employees in various organizations. Aim: examine the Effect of High Performance Work System on Perceived organizational Reputation and Human Resource attitude Outcomes (Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Job Motivation).
Methodology: This study, in terms of purpose is functional and is a Descriptive-Survey research by Method. a questionnaire was used for collect data. statistical population included all of banks and financial institutions in region two of Shiraz city that their number are 45 organizations. According to Cochran test, in the level of 5 percent error, research sample are 40 organizations. For data analysis, Smart PLS and Spss softwares were used.
Conclusions: the effect of HPWS on job motivation and on organizational commitment, were not confirmed. The results of this study showed that HPWS has positive and significant effect on Perceived organizational Reputation and organizational satisfaction. Also Perceived organizational Reputation has positive and significant effect on Human Resource attitude Outcomes. The results also showed that HPWS can effect on Human Resource attitude Outcomes via Perceived organizational Reputation. With the effective deployment of high performance work systems, the organization gains a high reputation.
