چکیده

Nowadays, e-commerce is not only means as online buy and sell, but it means effective trade in all levels of the business that supply chain management can be called key pillar of this type of trade. The necessary condition to establish an effective and efficient electronic supply chain system is effective and efficient logic of electronic payment and electronic data exchange system presence. In the present time, the electronic banking technologies and it’s tools play an important are responsible for this important role. From the purpose perspective, the present research is practical and from the data collection perspective, it is descriptive survey research that studies the effect of electronic banking services using level on the performance and the dimensions of supply chain performance at the firs level of SCOR model in Bushehr electronics and electrical businesses. Considering the research purpose, one main hypothesis and ten secondary hypotheses were develop, later Random sampling was done among 180 business units in this class. After questionnaires collection, the SPSS software was used to data analysis and Structural Equations Method and Lisrel software were applied for model fitting, and confirming and also to test the hypothesis. The research results indicates that electronic banking services using level on the supply chain performance has a significant impact at the 99 percent confidence level and also among the e-banking services tools all of them have a significant effect on the performance of supply chain management except mobile banking and point of sale.
