Background: Today, organizations are in a situation where it is vital for them to turn to entrepreneurial activities. Given the speed of global change and the transition from an industrial to an information society, previous practices are not untying the knot for current and future issues. Therefore, new organizational solutions with new structures should be sought. To identify new opportunities and improve productivity, it is felt that there is a fundamental need to identify the impact of strategic human resource management system on the development of organizational entrepreneurship within organizations.
Aim: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational entrepreneurship with emphasis on the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning.
Methodology: This research is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study consists of employees of public and private banks in Fasa. Sampling method in this study is simple random sampling and data collection tool is a questionnaire. 124 questionnaires were obtained from 36 banks and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software.
Conclusions: The results of data analysis indicate that strategic human resource management has a positive and significant effect on corporate entrepreneurship directly and through the ability to manage organizational knowledge and learning as a mediator. Therefore, based on the findings of this study, it can be claimed that more attention to strategic human resource management as well as knowledge management and organizational learning in the organization can lead to the development of corporate entrepreneurship.
