Aim: The purpose of this research is to measure the impact of jihadi culture on the productivity of human resources with the mediating role of strategic thinking in government organizations of Bushehr province.
Methodology: The statistical population of this research is 40 government organizations of Bushehr province, and 36 government organizations were examined as a statistical sample using Cochran's limited sampling formula. SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to check the collected data and test the hypotheses and analyze the data.. Conclusions: The findings of the research indicated that jihadi culture has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of manpower and strategic thinking.
