One of the areas that management experts emphasize is intellectual capital and information technology within organizations, which are the main factors of productivity and creativity. Organizational entrepreneurship is also considered as an important issue in organizations and can be considered as a factor of competitive advantage for organizations. In this study, with the aim of the effect of intellectual capital and information technology on organizational entrepreneurship, using the mediating role of organizational innovation, a sample of 55 managers of Bushehr knowledge-based companies was examined and the data were distributed through a questionnaire among them. Has been collected. The statistical population of the study was the managers of Bushehr knowledge-based companies that the sampling method is purposeful random. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and correlational or causal in terms of method and nature. Finally, in order to investigate the research hypotheses and analyze the data, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used. Findings show that intellectual capital and information technology have a positive and significant effect on innovation and also organizational entrepreneurship is affected by intellectual capital and innovation.
