Context: For success and survival of organizations, they have to modify the procedure and the recovery process. Maintenance is one of the main pillars of any dynamic organization. Maintenance systems directly affect organization’s budg et and profit. In the present study components of system maintenance includes: humanware, data ware, hardware, organization ware and hardware and environmentware. Therefore, the assessment of current and expected condition from maintenance system component s, identification of gaps and damages and solution providing in order to modify can directly affect the organization’s productivity and profitability. Objective: The purpose of this study is to assessment the current condition of maintenance system of Bus hehr’s Ports and Maritime Administration, identification of damages and gaps in the System and providing solutions in order to reduce or eliminate damage and gaps. Methodology: In this research to achieve the objectives, after providing the damage model of maintenance system the data were collected through distributed questionnaires, . And to confirm the analysis of the data, SPSS software is used and to the model, structural equation modeling and Smart P.L.S software is used. Findings: The findings show that there’s a great improvable areas between current and expected condition aspects of damage model maintenance system. As analyses show most of damage and gaps are seen in the humanware that including technical knowledge, training, skills, motivation , and attitude and... Conclusion: According to the findings of the study it is concluded that there has to provide solution to eliminate or reduce the gaps and damag in all of the five aspects of presented damage model. Since most of the gaps and vulnerabilities are perceived in the manware , so there must conduct specialized educational courses to promote skills and knowledge of human resourses to provide the necessary technical background and create an incentive system . to improv
