Background:
Despite the high volume of purchase and use of equipment, goods an
d materials in the oil industry,its supply chain needs to respond quickly, accurately from the supplying companies
.
Insufficient attention to issues of corporate agility in those organizations who supply equipment, goods and materials for
oil, gas, and petrochemical industry
causesirreparable losses to the extent that some of them have closed the border
.
Aim:
Identifying, analyzing and ranking agility’s factors in those organizations that supply equipment, goods and materials for oil, gas, and petrochemical industry and then define
some suitable strategies.
Methodology:
To identify factors affecting the agility first,theoretical literature was studied then using a questionnaire survey of 200experts and top managers
with confirmatory factors analysis by lisrel software, test of goodness of fit was implement and the model is confirmed.
To rank the factors the integration of AHP,SWARA and shanon entropy was used. Finaly importance-performance analys (IPA)introduces appropriate strategies that improve agility in engineering companies that supply equipment for oil , gas and petrochemical industries.
