Tazkeraes are a type of text whose subject is the biography of the scientific, religious, cultural and art elite. According to the researcher, the peak of Persian writing was from the tenth century to the thirteenth century and in the Indian subcontinent. In the context of this unique event, the Qazvin scientific-cultural elite have also been involved as a writer or supporter ofwriter. One of the texts of this era is the book "The Tazkera meykhaneh" by by Mullah Abdul Nabi Ghazvini. Although this book, like other Tazkeraes, does not necessarily have the motivation to record historical events in the sense of traditional historiography, they do seem to carry important historical data. This study seeks to study the book " Tazkera meykhaneh " with an approach to its value and validity in historical studies. The methodology of this study is based on the above source content analysis.
The results of this study show that this book has great value in historical research based on the transfer of vast amounts of data from Iranian and Indian society and comparing it to the Qazvin intellectual-cultural geography of the century under discussion. On the other hand, there are indications of the author's obsession and obsession with the use of written and oral sources, the narrative dynamics, and the impartiality of this source in most cases increased the validity of its historical data.
