Due to the increasing development and expansion of the global shipping industry and road transport of hazardous materials, attention to safety issues are very important.Transportation of hazardous materials, the severity of criminal threats, environmental, economic, social and political, is very broad. Each activity is risky. The risk lies in the nature of activities. Any action or process that prevents the purpose is called risk.
Risk does not disappear and will be removed only when there is no activity. This is due to the risk of this type of transportation industry specific highlights. The main objective of this research is to obtain the optimal route for trucks carrying hazardous materials with the help of mathematical modeling and optimization, so that the choice of routes, reduced cost and risk. In this study, we studied the paths according to the parameters affecting risk that can be divided. After that, the incidents related to the transportation of hazardous materials and the consequences of their occurrence in different sectors to become quantitative to identify the risks in each area. This study, identifies the number of trucks carrying fuel, route them to reduce costs and risks, and also needs of different nodes.
