Variables such as the understanding of the common benefits between the nuclear power plant and the society and the government's responsibility will also be strengthened through gaining trust and attention to the social responsibility area of the organization. But focusing on advertising and awareness can increase the level of public expectations in the field of social responsibility of the government and organization, and failure to address it at the same time will intensify dissatisfaction and social rejection. In this regard, the importance and quality of two-way communication between the society and the nuclear industry was evaluated using the WOM method, and the results showed that by adopting the necessary measures, positive views were strengthened and negative views were reduced.
