Background: The advent of electronic technologies in the fields of trade and commerce, caused many changes in the business environment and competition in the internal and external environment and has led various businesses to pay much attention toe-commerce, as far as have been able to take much advantages by this way. From the other hand, small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as the kind of business in the small area have a major role in the development and prosperity of an ation's economy. These companies are forced to use electronic technologies in order to survive in a competitive environment and gain more market share against the big companies. But faced challenges for it. Therefore, are needed identifying the challenges and constraint sin the adoption of e-commerce by these firms.
Objective:This study aimed to identify the main obstacles and challenges in e-commerce adoption by small and medium businesses.
Methodology: In this study, were used the questionnaire in order to access the data for statistical analysis. The statistical community was active Companies Based in the Industrial Estates of Bushehr City. Sample was selected from among the staff and managements of the firms. For data analysis, was used the structural equation modeling, partial least square approach and SMART PLS software.
Results: According to performed Statistical analysis in order the testing hypotheses, considered three types of barriers, including institutional barriers, technical barriers and environment barriers as external factors, effect on two variables starter technology acceptance model, including perceived usefulness and perceived ease and the predicted relationships were confirmed. In addition, relationships expressed in the model technology acceptance, including the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived ease the impact on attitudes, the impact of attitude and tendency and, ultimately,affect the tendency of actual use were approved.
