Components and Fundamentals of Citizenship Rights from the Perspective of the Holy Qur'an

Abstract. "Citizen's rights" is an important part of human rights that is pervaded by the Holy Quran around the world. Human beings have a relationship with God, themselves, others, and nature with the rights that citizenship rights are construed and interpreted on these four sides.
In the Holy Qur'an, we find concepts that can be considered as components of the foundations of citizenship rights. The revelation of these concepts shows that in the Islamic law, citizenship rights enjoy a high status.
The concepts of the right to life, property rights, financial and economic rights, freedom, various types of social rights, etc., are referred to as "the components of civil rights", as well as concepts such as: justice, authenticity of action, human dignity, believer's sanctity , Equality, stamina and flexibility, peace, unity, security, cultivation and tolerance form the basis of these rights.
