The effect of various sunlight levels on the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Aloe barbadensis was studied in Bushehr Province. The experiment was performed as the base design of the randomized complete block with 4 replications. The experiment factors included the rate of optical levels (complete light, 70% complete sunlight, 30% complete sunlight). For this reason used from one meter canopy. Aloe monotonous offshoots were cultivated on the pots and stand under canopy. After 6 months, plants harvested and quantitative and qualitative characteristics were measured. The experiment results show that the amount of light has significant effect on bush complete weight, root wet weight, aerial organs wet weight, number of leaves, the value of length and width of leaf, root dry weight, aerial organs dry weight, the amount of gel and Aloin. 70% sun light level treatment was generally the most effect on these characteristics
